Never figured out why Ford didn't mark optional engines in their light trucks but here's the way I've addressed it on Clyde. Thought I'd share it.



Just had to install some new ones, got too close with the buffer last time.
I got the emblems from Perogie Enterprises in NJ Emblems And Decals

I added some other shots on my photo album 1984 Ford F250 4x2 - ClydeSDale

 

I got mine marked

 

A guy was, may still sell these on Ebay.

I painted this emblem white and blue,seem like the thing to do 'cause the truck is red.

I have considered making my own emblems from 5.7 emblems? The ones I had in mind are from a 5.7 GTO.
