You can tell me. I run clears on all corners, even the tailights.
Hard to find by the way!
I even run LED bulbs, and those fancy pants electric steps that everyone agreed that belong on mall crawlers only.
I have chro-mo 1-tons, 44's on beadlocks, Detroits front and rear, 1410 joints, Chro-mo steering, re-enforced steering knuckles, and a 557 with 3 stages of NOS that motivates my "mall-crawler".

I know what you were talking about Ben. I was just yankin your chain.
"I have never seen a chain that I did not want to yank".
Oh yeah, I just purchased some of those diamond crystal headlights too. These will get the HID treatment.
What can I say, I like the goofy bling, even if it is a little bit ricer, or falls in to a mall crawler category!
I am cool with it. I keep all of my junk clean, and often can be found cleaning a truck the night before a mud run. I spend almost as much time cleaning, as I do wrenching to keep them running in tip top shape.
Would be nice to have 8 days in a week, let me tell you!

Not so good. Im lazy so i put these in. These are actually for the Super duty, but I though it would be funny to install them on the pumpkin.
I have to unplug them when I am in trhe big heavy stuff, or they get too packed and burn up. They are a little on the spendy side, and probable belong more on a pavement punder than a real off road truck.
I do have to say that they do help. That truck is difficult to get into.
Chics dig em though.

Not sure how strict this forum is...but you better watch out. If someone feels offended by that comment you just might get deactivated. My brother-in-law just got suspended making a comment about "jewing" someone down in price. Someone got offended and the insults ensued.

stop poking the bear we might find it funny, but the mod. might not. just giving some advice, the faster things are forgotten, the happier you'll be.

Should you choose to use another way to refer to trying to reduce a price, haggle, bargain negotiate, etc, its likely that there will not be issues.
When you repeat that little 3 letter "J" word, when viewed in the context you used,it becomes like another word, which starts with the first letter of the word "Negative",and negative is how those words or there particular usage is received.....

True, but I still think some folks need to get thicker skins...aren't there alot worse things to worry about in this world. I mean after all "Sticks and Stones" right? I mean c'mon, Ben's (UTfball) my brother-in-law, and while I don't condone what he did, I've been surfing this site for a while, and have read several threads where the "J" word was used. Hell it's even been used in this forum quite a few time, the dentside forum, the GNAD forum, Next generation forum, and the 335 series forum. I just believe it was a couple of folks that got their nose bent out of joint, and it went to far...hell Ben even apologized.

I agree with you,and yes i found that same phrase used in several other places, it just happened that in Ben's case it was said in front of someone who took offense.
Im quite sure that Ben will take it in stride, and likely even laugh about it upon his return!

Look fellas, I don't think there is any reason to rehash this. Ben in this case was wrong. I have also seen this term used in other threads. That does not make it ok. I am not Jewish, (raised Catholic) but that term I find offensive as well. Ben has appologized, and is serving his punishment. I like Ben, have teased him a couple of times about his Bronco interior and he has laughed it off. I am sure he is a good hearted guy.We need to remember that this is an international forum, we have many nationalities and religions here in the US, and even though this is the internet, there are rules and regulations on this site, and I for one am glad for that. I am hoping that Ben will be a big man (I know HE IS) about this and does not come back with a chip on his shoulder. Sorry for the rant.
