THe FORD letters on the hood and model/trim id plates above the "dent" id this as a 1978 or 1979 model, not a 1975 so while it should have had a 351/400M engine its NOT a highboy.. it looks higher than most,so someone added a lift kit later! at the angle of the photo, had this truck been a highboy, with its divorce mounted transfer case, you should be able to see the t-case hanging down in the space visible between the back edge of the front pass side tire, and the front edge of the rear drivers side tire..... Again, its a nice truck, and while it sits at about the same height as a highboy,it isnt!

Headlight/grille combo shows it's actually a 79. The 78 had round headlamps and in 80 they went to the plastic grille that angled out from the headlamps and turn signals.

Just base models had round headlights in 78. The rest had rectangular same as the 79s. 1980 was a completely different body style.

No... Just seeing the "General" was enough to make me hurl... HOW DARE HE! discrace the general like that!
AT THE VERY LEAST use a freakin dodge truck, and it better have a dang hemi in it too!

The only thing that would make me feel a little better about that truck is if was hemi powered... Big inches, and it better be charged!

nah they would probably have one of those small trampolines on the opposite side...

Speaking of Bo Duke hood slides and trucks...

I can hood slide my truck with the 36"s on it. I found that out one night, while slightly inebriated.

My landing is down pat...
I used to do it on my dirt track car all the time...
Then that got jacked about the same time i stopped caring if my paint got scratched on the truck, so i started doin it on the truck...

I can only go passenger to driver side though...
