Yes. Can you tell by how fast I'm posting?

This is a 3.0gb core2 duo, 4gb ram, with all the usual stuff. I'm booting XP right now and will dual boot Vista business. I still have some stuff that won't run right on Vista. I've got the partition in place but I'm not in any hurry to actually load Vista.

My old PC was still running W2K Pro. We got it right around 99 or 2k, not long after the OS came out. I run all the fancy stuff at work so I didn't really miss having a better box at home. But the disk is on it's last legs and I was not about to replace it and reload everything on an old box.

I really don't know jack about the workings of computers. I'm picking up a few things as I go along, but if something goes wrong I'm pretty much dead in the water until I can get some help.

Well, do I know how to kill a thread, or what?

Anyway, good gray morning to you all.

Sounds like a plan.

I'm thinking I might go out to BBB later and try out the Beretta again. It seems to be just fine after a cleaning - I can't duplicate the problem, but I'll have trouble trusting it without putting a few rounds through it.

It was quite entertaining. Lasted about an hour and a half.
There was an Angel game that night also, and both it and the show ended at the same time, making escape a rather trying task.

Not really, they have canceled the traction part of PT do to an unexpected problem. We heard a pop in my back and I had fallen on to the floor right afterwards
