After months of trying, we finally got a regular source of oil. This town has a monopoly on WVO collection, and everyone is locked into a contract with him. Got in with a new Mexican Restaurant before he signed a contract. Outfit charges $40 a month to pick up oil, and when we said we'd do it for free he jumped on it. Unfortunately, I am leaving on vacation tomorrow for a week, so won't be able to titrate it yet. Best oil titrates under 4mg/liter right? If it does titrate higher, do you guys recomend acid/base or base/base method. We currently have an appleseed style processor, but will eventually modify it to one of Graham's designs.
