2004 Ford F-150 XLT

Picked up a new-to-me 2004 Ford F-150 XLT with the 4.6L V8. Does anyone have any suggestions or places to visit where I can find out more about my vehicle's specifics. Such as, oil filters, how much oil it holds, what kind of oil to run, what kind of antifreeze/coolant.

Also I'm not really interested in hot rodding the motor out, but what does everyone think about the K&N cold air kit, and a catback exhuast that isn't too loud, but has a nice sound to it. Thanks for the feedback. I'm also hoping to switch out to some nicer wheels/tires combo.

Also what kind of parts manual does everyone use for these trucks? Is a helms manual any good for these trucks?

nice exhaust

I just picked up a new to me 04 super crew and it had an exhaust system already on it. I is a silverline brand and it sounds awsome. I is rumbley at take off then once at driving speed you can hardly hear it. Only owned it 2 weeks though dont know about the durability of it though.
