For whatever reason, I couldn't get my wife to tow anything even if the occasion called for it. Everytime we go camping she'll ask a lot of questions regarding towing and numbers on the dials and such like she is interested, but then won't ever drive. Even when there is no other traffic, I still get the same response. She like driving it when empty though, go figure...

I know I'm not married, but there are just some things I won't budge on. I am lucky in that I already have it. . . so fifteen years down the road if god forbid I get married. . . she will already know.

I don't worry about the truck..With my wife it's the poor trailer that catches hell.

Im not really sure if it's good or bad that the truck will drag the trailer - off of - over - thru - whatever gets in her way....

Mikey, can I drive your truck, please? (bats eyelashes). It's so big and powerful, and I've always wanted to (bats eyelashes again).

You mean kinda like that?

Curtis, I feel your pain. The two times I lent my truck to the warden, I had things mysteriously go wrong. The first time my alarm fob display got all out of whack, and the next my overhead console quit working. The latter I have fixed however. I wonder if she somehow affects the electricals in some mysterious ways?

She doesn't like to, but wifey has driven my truck alot. The other day, she comes back from drivin' it and has this elaborate story (took her 20 min to tell) where she had trouble driving up this very steep hill. Best I can tell, she started up slow in 3rd gear and it was lugging down real bad so she put it in 2nd. Of course she prolly almost stopped by this time and truck was still sluggish climbing, so she put it in 1rst. SHE says the RPM's went way up and she launched forward, basically scaring the crap out of her. Next time I climb the same hill, I see about 10ft of (4) dark, black lines in pavement - about the same size as my dually...

That was the old, bald tires btw. She REALLY woulda been scared if it woulda hooked up!

Button trick? I'm scared to ask.

Curtis it's a wee early for Whiskey. Better start off with a Bloody Mary.

LOL.

I bust my wife's chops all the time. The cool thing is she fires right back. Nothing like two smart-asses living together.

But she does have a tendancy to mysteriously break things. Anything electronic is never safe around her. I banned her from my laptop, since she has a huge knack for crashing computers constantly. I think she gets frustrated easily and just starts pushing buttons randomly.

And she can't cook....... There, I said it. She managed to mess up the simple task of putting a pizza in the oven last night. LOL.
