I'm leaving my house around 3:00 Friday in which I will get there 4:45 Friday. I an staying at the Hampton inn too, so I would like to join in the convey over to to tent site too. Does anyone know when is the latest time you can check in the fairgrounds. So I can get my sticker and stuff on friday?

Greg I think the convoy was just up to the fairgrounds and Carlisle in general. Because I know I am not staying in Carlisle again this yr.


The campground I am staying at is check in must be done by three at the latest.

Greg, I think the registration at Gate 3 will be open to at least 6pm, maybe a little later on Friday. You can give them a call to be sure.

You may want to go to the fair grounds and check in before going to the hotel to be sure.

You sure can join the convoy to the tent site on Saturday, be leaving the hotel at 7am SHARP, right after our FREE breakfast. lol

It might be Arlene. Which way are you going to get to Carlisle. If you are coming through Baltimore there is construction on 95 north and south and on the beltway inner and outer loops on the north east side.

When you check in at Carlisle, enter Gate 3 from K Street, registration and sign in will be on your left before Gate 3. MidAtlantic Ford Trucks - FTE will be on your left after you go through the gate. See map.
