Neal you will be boarder line. I would guess you will be a hair under 40 psi. But that is not a hard and fast rule. Another thing to think about is valve springs. I don't know how many miles are on your motor but the higher boost pressures also start to push the intake valve open. Some procomp 910-16's might be a good investment ($100).

Wow, Not worth it in my opinion unless you are running some serious power. Sounds like Neal got them for quite a bit cheaper. I wouldn't pay 550 for em. Well maybe not after looking at previous posts.

But still, I know the stockers are pretty limiting, but $500 is a little much.

You're gonna be real close to where you should have them. With BDP stage I's I was was seeing 35 psi and the MiniMe's brought it up to over 40 with the CAC delete pipe. I ran like that for almost a year before I finally did studs and the 6.0 CAC.

You can use the stamped steel 3" intakes that the SuperDuty trucks use. They're about $40.00 from powerstrokeshop

Bean used to sell the aluminum intakes like this but they had to be cut and tigged to clear stealth pumps. The new style fits the way it is.

I agree I looked at those as well and they are definately cheaper but for some odd reason I liked Beans' better. And since I am dumping this kinda money in there what is a couple hundred more?

Can you send me the pic please. I assume you are talking about the Y with the H2E kit. Does it have the 3" intakes?

For a mere $6,800 that would be a nice unit! LOL
