6637 In!

and incredible!
took me all of 15 minutes and 35 bucks for an incredible difference.
I was seeing this:
1st and second gear: max boost 12 psi, EGT's at 1000 max
3rd and OD: Max boost 14-15 psi, EGT's could barely touch 1200.
NOW,
first of all, the turbo responds 300-400 rpms faster,
1st and 2nd gear: Max boost 15 psi, EGT's wont make it to 950
3rd and 4th: Max boost 19 psi (can almost touch 20, but not quite) EGT's max out at 1150 or so and it takes a while to pass 1100.
I am extremely happy with this small investment!

Yep, best bang for the buck I've found yet. Keep an eye on the connection at the 6637. Mine came loose and I had to re-do. Other than that enjoy ...

Great! I don't have any gauges on my trucks, but the 6637 mod was the first mod I did. It's neat the different sounds the turbo makes, not to mention the boost in performance.

Ya got a real down pipe yet? I got my down pipe after I did my intake and thats when I could really hear my turbo whistle. Its a little more money and more work but the two together really make the difference. And you might want to get rid of the catalytic converter.

did you just use a 45deg PVC elbow to connect the filter?

I used ABS just because it was what i had laying around. so it went- filter, 45* elbow, 8" section of 4" abs and that goes into the turbo inlet (actually the CCV section...) and i used a large screw clamp on the piece of 4".
