And last, but not least, the final indignation in the Bill "we're doing a fantastic job" Callahan series!

Well, just a few days before the first game. Time for our worthless predictions!! Either predict the game, or, the entire season! I'm thinking 45-21 NU over WM. As far as the season goes, I'll say 8-4.

Either VA teck, or TX tech. But they could beat both of them, that would be okay with me!!

NU 38 WMU 23

I think we will play well, but still have some wrinkles to iron out. It'll take a couple games to get things together. I'm also saying a 7-5 season, BUT, I think we have a great chance of upsetting someone this year which would put us at 8-4. Pelini is a coach that will have our team ready for the top games and compete rather than just falling over.

I agree Buck. As long as they play well, I could handle a 7-5 season. Even a 6-6 season, since he has A LOT of work to do on that defense! Like the saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day", and Bo will need some time to unscrew Callahans/Cosgroves mess.
