The Unocal on Beach is back up to $3.85 but the Shell on Beach is holding at $3.79.... for now.

Just got back from the eastern Sierra's. Paid $4.29 in Bishop headed north, and $4.15 coming back south. It was about the same as RUL at that station. I saw it as low as $3.83 at the Pilot truck stops.
Also saw it as high as $4.79 in Lee Vining. But I didn't buy it anywhere but Bishop.
Diesel tends to remain competitive on the highway areas, while gas might jump as much as $1/gal over home prices. Highway travel still makes diesel prices shine.

Better get some while it's "cheap". Oil jumped $25/barrel TODAY, as in just today, this very day.
