Thanks, Morris, so far you're the only one who has any confidence, besides me, in me out running a CJ 428. I guess we must know something the rest of the world doesn't !
Unfortunately the latest forecast for that area is 10-20 mm of rain, possibly a thunderstorm. Last night's weather forecast indicated the weather was fine for that part of the province, so maybe tomorrow's forecast will be change for the better.
Enjoy the super run.

Actually, the PSD is working this weekend. Sorta. Pulling the boat. If the weather clears, Dad and I will be riding the bikes out there. I get to ride his old armchair while he rides the roadstar. Oh well, it's still a bike. The weather's looking pretty ugly, so who knows.
PLC7.3, I don't recall seeing you around here before. Maybe I've just been out of the loop for a while. Great to have you here either way.
As for the rubber, she lights up those 36's pretty well. I've left a few more blackies than usual in the last while. Thinking about getting a line brake for the front brakes. That ought to help!
If they are still on, I'll be in my FTE t-shirt. If you see me, come say hi!

Rained out, apparently big storm in Neepawa last night, branches all over the street, yards....must of been a heck of a wind, also same story in PLAP -Portage La Prairie for you non Manitobans.
Well....I guess the 428 Cobra Jets lucked out today, I was ready with the Buick....but no racing, canceled due to the rain.

I slapped on those 20 inch slicks at home in Winnipeg and drove to Neepawa, about 120 miles away. Do you know how hard it is to steer a Buick front wheel drive sedan, with 20 inch slicks on the front wheels in the pouring rain ?
