It is probably your clutch. You should look into a single mass flywheel conversion and a new clutch. I have heard great things about Valair. RubberDuck (as well as others on his recommendation) has dealt with them he says they are top notch.

Does the truck rattle alot when you turn the engine off? Or when you first start it? If so, it's the dual mass flywheel. If that's the case, I highly recommend Valair. www.valairinc dot com. Check them out, find the clutch set up you like. Call and talk to Dan Vallance and tell him Cody from Death Row Diesel sent you and he'll make the price even sweeter. His clutches and customer service are second to none. Good luck man.

Well that is a lot better than a flywheel!
