(i have other vehicles, just like my toy). thanks in advance for any and all help!

ross, the block is split on the cone that flare of line seats against. it has decided to spread beyond flare into the thread of block. all lines are new, with factory flares on block, (i did dress seam along flare for better fit, and ,no, i didn't take off too much meat). i new crack was there 18 years ago, but was able to work around problem simply because crack was only on cone. but--- now it grew into threads. it is 66 years old, so who knows how bad it was treated before my possesion? the lines are .25 inch, bigger than one ton so it must be from/for a bigger unit. all components on this system are new, including washers. i am possitive that the block is the culprit! thanks for asking and keeping me on my toes.

hey kids, the problem i keep running into is that most aftermarket companies only carry these blocks for trucks up to 1-ton. these have a smaller diameter brake line than 1.5 ton. apparently there isn't enough demand to cover cost of carrying this bigger item. can't blame them for not spending money on something that may never sell!
