they pass the initial looks test. I'd have to see them mounted up on a 04+ F-150 though

Nice looking wheels.

American Racing makes good wheels for not much money.

What size are these?

ok . . . can i just say

i have been thinking about these wheels in the LMC truck catalog for a couple of weeks now

unless I'm reading it wrong, they are like 250 bucks for the set (no tires of course)
and the reason I bring it up is cause they look a lot like the ones above

they aren't bad. I think they would look badass on a white 04 (mine is white)
and they have the same style in chrome too

check it out if anyone has a catalog

here's a pic (attempt at hot-linking on anyway)

Look at the bottom left of the page . . . The 48-3528 (in black) wheel, which is the one I like, is only 240 bucks for the set . . . is it just me or is that the right price? I hope its not a typo lol

FTL40, the only real difference I see in the wheel you are talking about and the ones in the LMC catalog is the little AR "hubcap"
I don't know if its AR or some other company that does it ( I think it -is- AR) but a lot of these wheels are made for other companies . . . probably by AR.
They just put other hubcaps on them or none at all and sell them at different prices.

OR, which I think is more probably, AR just "reproduces" see:knocksoff the look of other wheels out there. At least thats what I remember the reputation of AR being when I was growing up . . . they were seen as cheap knockoffs of "real" brands like OZ and MT etc etc

i dont know if its cause the economy sucks or if AR's quality has just gotten better but they seem to be doing very well these days
they have some really nice/hot styles that I keep finding myself hard pressed to not think of them when it comes to putting wheels on -my- truck over some other higher priced "better" brand

That $240 is just for one. The (4) is the number required for your truck. Just like the chrome lug nuts are $1.95/ea...not for the 24 it says required.
