YOu have ADVIL at home? If so, pop about 4 of them....My Doc also gave me 800mg ADVIL's. Over-the-counter's are 200, so 4 should be the same.

I have the 800mg as well, I just feels like someone is putting a knife in my back

Sorry...just rest....stay relaxed as possible...don't move around any more than you have to....Keep taking the meds. I remember what those things feel like... not fun~!! Gotta run....good luck!
