That code is for the exhaust back pressure sensor. Probably not related to the no start problem. I would go to the 7.3 section and start a new thread.

hey anyone ive seen posts about the od light blinking about 50 to 60 mph but my light blinks when i go to slow down blinks about 5 times and then goes back off any hints mabey needs servicing or somthing
