conger is starting off with a positive reputation.
Can someone tell me what this TSB is?

Just got my truck back from the dealer. They did a bunch of work for problems with cooling and power loss. They changed the oil cooler and did some other things. They performed TSB 08-11-03B Does anyone know what this is? I can't find a listing. Also what is ICP pressure and is 500psi right? Mostly just curious, I haven't had a chance to talk to the tech again.
