BLOWED UP THE GASSER DOING TIRE BURN OUTS...I know a childish thing to do but my son wanted to and I had a couple of sets of NASCAR pull offs (from the dirt track days) collecting dust so we went for...he won big time but had to trailer it home. So the ol'man is looking for a 351W better running than not but if the price is right either way..........let me hear

tbritt,
I am in Dumas Texas, and I just happen to think I know where a 351Windsor is setting. I helped a guy a couple of years ago pull it out of a T-bird one of those that I call a T-Bird II you know the newer ones '74/'78 I don't remember the year but I remember that hood 6' long and the roof looked like a crown-vic wanna-be. Any way I'll check tomorrow IF I don't forget. Anyway it was at Hayes Truck and Equipment 806-935-6055.
Hey Kits, thanks for comming in. the one I had was a 78 out of one of those LTD's with the mile long hood. not real sure where Dumas is but I was thinking in the panhandle somewhere?? Being in lower SE okla that may be a long run...but let me know!!

tbritt,
$200, as is where is. That's what the man just told me and he said he has the transmission too, if you want them both $300. If I remember right everything is still on the engine we just cut the motormounts in two pieces and lifted the engine/transmixer out then crushed the T-bird. He said it was a sweet running engine, the last time he started it. Let me know, and I'll tell him to hold it. Yeah we are 40 miles North of Amarillo.
