Need BBK 75mm to stock 65 mm TB spacer with contour

Just moved, so both of my friends shops are more than 390 miles away. But I found a Jem where I am at, and she needs a BBK 75MM throttle body.

I have always blocked the the intake with my home made PVC tool, but that is also 390 miles away when I gasket match the BBK TB's to my intake's. ( no removal of the intake to port it out to +.3937 @ the intake).

Does anyone know of a TB spacer that does this? With a nice flowing contour I might add?

Or do I need to just divulge my secret to the shop doing the duty, and pray for a discount?

Any help, or comments are appreciated, the truck is weighing in at 3600 lbs, and is turning 252 HP by my low guesstimates. I really need the +8 HP this will do.

Thanks in advance

AC

truck is a 97 flairside with a 4.6 and some mods allready.

Unless you open the whole intake elbow, you aren't gaining anything.
Have you dyno proven the 8hp? I don't think that the 4.6L will flow any more than the stock tb.

Exactly, the 65mm TB will flow enough to support loads of power. I did the calculations on airflow when I was working on my Tbird, and even that engine doesn't need anything larger than a 65mm.
