Lube for 6spd stick

I looked around, trying find what the stick shift drivers use in the transmission. I have changed it out to AMSOIL ATF. However it still shifts tight as well as having problems getting in the gate. Just not a smooth slick shift
The best I can find is Royal Purple Synchomax
Recommendations

I also saw a post about a short shift linkage shifter setup - cannot find it again.
Thanks

This is where I got my short throw shifter. Talk to Dan he is a great guy. He will also tell you what oil to use in the trans.
When I had the 30k service at the Ford dealer they flushed and refilled the trans.
I don't have my paper work so I am not sure what they used to refill. They always do whatever Ford specifies. I did notice that it seems to shift smoother than when it was new. These tranny's are a bit notchy and take a while to brake in.
