Cool Oil spits from valve cover breather

My Bronco has been sitting (unstarted) for about 2 years. We recently got it started again (after replacing the ignition cylinder). Now it spits a significant amount of oil out of the valve cover breather.
  • The engine is not overheated.
  • There isn't an excess of oil in the engine.
  • This has never happened before.
Any thoughts on WHY?
Or WHAT TO DO?

Your building crankcase pressure and it needs to be vented. If the problem isn't correctly it'll find the weakest link and push it out there; like the valve cover gaskets or rear main seal.

Sounds like it stuck a ring and now has excessive blow-by.
