The wheel lug pattern is 5 by 5.5", as for the other thing... it's all about personal taste.

Uh, the lug pattern is: 5 lug, 5.50" bolt circle, the same for every F150 from 1975 thru 1996.

F100's had the same bolt circle pattern: 1953/1979, also 1983.

1980/82 F100's have a 5 lug 4.50" bolt circle pattern.

btw: Is that a little brown jug, or sumtin' else?

Which one?

Some Dodge 1/2 ton trucks, 1939/48 Ford/Merc cars, Jeeps and Chrysler Imperials (1950/56) have the 5 x 5.50" pattern, prolly others.

I've seen both on Studebaker 5R & 8R trucks, it depended on the year.

Chrysler Imperials (not regular Chrysler models, they have a 4.50' bolt circle) came with chrome wire wheels in 1953/56.

I had a set on my F100 once, but only for a few weeks. Cleaning those wire wheels was a real b!tch!

the same as my 91' f150 I want to buy new wheels for it but know one knows the lug pattern on there wheels they are selling just what truck they came off of. so if I know what other trucks and the years that have the same bolt pattern as my 91' f150 I will know where to look for wheels.

Here's another model I forget to mention.

1975/2001 E150 Econolines have the same 5 lug 5.50" bolt pattern as 1975/96 F150's, 1953/79 F100's used.

I don't have a parts catalog wheel reference after 2001.

Take a tape measure with you, measure the holes and see if they will work, if not dont buy them. You can have the seller measure for you using the right methods. I have only seen the 5 lug wheels on 2wd 1/2 ton chevy trucks, just depends on the dodge truck year but I think the newer trucks have the 5x5.5".

8 lug 6.50" bolt circle: 1953/97 F250 / 1967/97 F350 / 1969/74 E300; 1975/2001 * E250/350. E = Econoline.

6 lug, 7.25" bolt circle: 1953/66 F350.

*Since I don't have a Ford truck parts catalog reference inre to wheels after 2001, I don't know what Econoline wheel sizes are after that date.

Lightbulb Will 80/82 2wd rotors direct fit a 87 f150?

I am working on my 1987 f150 and want to make it a street only truck, and want change my wheels. Most of the wheels I have looked at are 5-4.50 bolt pattern. I want to know if anyone knows if the 80-82 f100 rotors will direct bolt on to my truck. I am planning to change the rear end out for an explorer unit which is slightly narrower and also moving my leaf springs inward(custom work), which will allow me to drop the truck and give a moderate pro-street look without cutting my frame. I want a custom look, lowered, but still drive stock. I plan to leave the FI 302 alone, with the cruise, but also am planning to changethe C6 out for an over drive tranny similar to the one in my 1986 Full Size Bronco.

Any suggestions?

I think it the rotors will swap out, but forewarned, not all of the 80-82 F100's were the 4.5, my 1980 F100 was the 5.5 rims, so be sure to take a tape. Number Dummy can correct me, but from experience F100's with power brakes has the 5.5, F100's with manual brakes had the 4.5 rims.
