That would be me!!

Thanks for the kind words... I saw about a half dozen X's when we were down there. My family and I were in a house, right on the beach, on South Virginia Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills. We make the trip every-other-year.

We had an awesome time!!!

Ate out once at New York Pizza Pub... a regular stop everytime we are in the OBX!!!

Thanks for posting... I was going to ask the same question regarding X's in OBX last week.

And yours????

I was in OBX at Corolla last week. Saw a red X while at Jockey's Ridge. On the way and coming back home, saw at least 8 Excursions - nice bunch of guys/gals - all waved back at me.

Got pulled over at I-64 in Norfolk, VA doing 80 mph in a 55 mph zone

Did you have to use wheel spacers?

Wow... that's weird... one of my sons had a friend who was staying right near that MP... His bud was next to a house that looked like it was storm damaged (on the ocean side). We went down there on Tuesday to pick him up and he spent the day with our family. Didn't see your X though.

The wheel spacers are from Fred G. at wheelspacers.com... Monsta and high1 got theirs from Fred too.

We stay usually between 18.5 and 21.5 and a few years ago there was a beautiful beach house very new and i am sure extremely expensive barely standing and the next year it was gone. Thanks again for the info I am looking into new wheels and tires and loved the way yours looks.
