fan problem??

I have an '87 Bronco. If I turn the heat on high you can hear the fan. You can also hear it when the fan is just on. Is there anyway I can fix this?

It bound to make some noise after all it is moving air. Else wise sounds like the bearing on the blower motor might be getting tired.
