Is the hex broken off of them too? If so, you're gonna have to get an easy out in the hole and work at it. You'll need to heat them up red a few times and let em cool off. Then heat it once more and try to get it loose. If you break the easy out, start the engine up and use the torch to burn it out. The running engine blows the slag out of the hole. I know it sounds pretty savage but the only other option is pulling the head to do it the right way.

hi, if the hex is broken of and you have no porcelain left, plug the hole up with almost anything, with carefull selection of drill bit's, drill down to the seat base this should only leave the threaded section, this is [usually] easily removed with "eazyouts". cleaning as you go helps

I had a similar problem with my 97 hd 460. welded a bolt to it very carefully and heated it up a few times and ran it right out with a ratchet. took the better part of 3 hours to do it. good luck.

I had it happen with one of mine. The hex and porcelin both came out, leaving the threads in the head. I soaked it several times with blaster, then hammered an easy-out in it and backed it out with a 3/8 drive spark plug socket. The square drive fit the easy-out perfectly and I used a wrech on the hex part of the socket to turn it. Hope it helps.
