littlefoot is starting off with a positive reputation.

mystery hose

i have a hose on my rear axle on on the drivers side. one end is attached and the other end was hanging onthe ground. it lookes like a vacuum hose, but that doesnt make sense to me. i got into an accident and they had to replace my whole bed of the truck. i just dont know if they forgot to hook it back up. or could it be a breather hose for the axle? well thanks for lookling.

I would say that it is the axle vent hose. You should be able to just wiretie it to the frame rail.
