Who want's to do some shotgunning?

This idea has been floating around for a bit - how about a trip out to Triple B Clays Triple B Clays, 831 N. Rosemead Blvd. South El Monte, CA 91733 , Phone (626) 579-5201 on Sunday 17 August for a little bit of entertainment and relaxation? The place opens @ 8:00 am - what say we try to meet there around that time?

Post up if you want to take part, or if you have a conflict with the day/time.
Nothing is set in stone, so we can probably adjust the time or date to accommodate.

I might be interested in going if their pro shop will clean my Garand. I dont mind watching. The whole trap and skeet thing was beaten to death in my head after working at Redlands Trap and Skeet for a couple of months. The novelty wears off after a while, lol.

I looked at the link for the pro shop, and I don't think they deal with rifles.

Don't let that stop you, though. I'm sure somebodycould take that Garand off of your hands and give it a good cleaning.

I'm in for sure!

I'm sure they won't work on a Garand for you. But for any who don't feel like shooting, I hope you can make it out anyway.

Triple B does not score for you any more, so non-shooters would be very useful as scorers. I think the office can probably provide score sheets. That's the one thing I hate about the electronic traps. No score keeper. I want to concentrate on my shooting, not trying to keep a running score in my head. Sorry, just babbling here.

Great idea Steve! That looks like an open Sunday for me.

Time to bust out the Browning 325! Prolly bring the Browning BPS as well. I love bustin' pigeons.

I don't know that 21 is a requirement. Not to worry, though. There may be a couple of us that have reached that age by then.

Count me in Steve! I'll be sure to brush up on the Pendleton trap and skeet range first so I don't look too bad out there LOL!

haha

i will be 21 by then.. it's too far in advance for me to know if i can go but if its do able i am way down.

BTW i think some places you only need to be 18 because i remember when i was 17 i tried to go with some friends and i was too young but they could shoot.
