Been using the Motorcraft synthetic blend in my 04 F150 Crew and it now has 175,000 miles on it. Motor does not use oil, plugs have never been changed and I still get 17.5 MPG on the highway. I'm not switching!

I have almost 35,000 in my F-150 and the oil has been changed @ 1,000 then 5K and every 5K since... I get it done at my Stealer for $38 for the 5k service... The use the 5-W20 Motorcraft Syn Blend and for that price.. I will continue to take it to the Stealership!
