Loose Dash?

I have a 93 Bronco and the dash has become loose on the passenger side. I did a search and found more post in the F150 forum than I did in the Bronco forum thus the reason for posting here.
I read that there is even a repair kit that Ford offers. Also found out that the reason for the dash becoming loose is due to a plastic tab that is broken. Some folks seem to glue this tab back together. I took the glove box out and looked up and undeneath but couldn't find the broken tab. So if you've had this problem and came up with a fix I would appreciate your help.
My question is "Where is this broken tab located and how do I get to it?"
Thanks:
Ronnie

Go back and read some of those post and they will suggest different repair methods.

I understand that Ford discontinued the repair piece, but some NOS surfaced on Ebay, but at an obscene price.
