OK kiddos...here's info on our July GTG!!!

Date...July 27th...11AM

Place...Purgatory Chasm State Reservation...Sutton, MA Check out the following web site http://www.mass.gov/dcr/parks/central/purg.htm

Please sign up with who will be attending...and what you're bringing for the group. Hope to see you there!!!

1) BIGKEN...me...myself...and I...I'll bring a couple dozen burgers and rolls

In the event of inclement weather...we will meet at the 99 Restaurant...900 West Boylston...Worcester. Check this thread on Friday the 25th for a final decision.

I will bring a couple of cases of soda...

Maybe if we had this thread sticked to wards the bottom of the sticky ones people might see it better

Weather update...11:00pm Sunday

Looks like next weekend is also going to be a washout as far as the long range forecast shows...

It is calling for rain Saturday and Sunday..

Don't know why it matters, since you get just as wet with the damn humidity around here...

Looks like there is little interest in this GTG ...only three signed up as attending ...weather may not be co-operating either 7-Day Forecast for Latitude 42.14N and Longitude -71.75W at this point I'm about ready to throw in the towel!!!

Sheez, Dick, I've seen those old Chebby 6.2s climb hills with more resolve than that!

I'm in until the Sunday morning forecast tells me otherwise, and if we get wet, surely the GPS will query up a BAR nearby!

Sounds goog and can someone to call the park and see if there is a place to take cover if it does down pour...

I will pitch in for some Sammy's if anyone is gamed..

UHHHHHHHH...negative on the Sammys Sean...it's a State Park...I'm sure there is no alcohol allowed.

I presume its a go for the park then and not the alternative in Worchester, I'm leaving at 8am to make it by 11am.

Dave we still have one day left to decide... Hopefully the weather will cooperate...

Check back tomorrow for a definite answer.. we will decide early..

Rats, got my calender confused, I thought the get-together was on Saturday, can't make the Sunday date.

Would I have been in for a surprise had I shown up on Saturday, thanks for the heads-up.
