back at you John, hope you had a good evening too. We had our first of the year family wiener roast tonight.
The wiener roast got in the way of that Colin, we`re hoping that tomorrow is a another nice day for that first litte road trip in the GT.
It`s often like that with truck shopping but I`m sure something nice will show up soon.

Morning boys. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Ours is sucking. Cold and windy. Not pleasant at all.
On the bright side, I picked up my bike yesterday. I switched from the Vstrom 1000 to a DR650 dual sport. I really like it so far. Only downside, which isn't really a downside for me...is that its not much for passenger comforts. I'm ok with that because as time goes on, I'm finding the need for solitude increasing... I'll post some pics of the new steed when photobucket decides to cooperate.
Have a great day everyone!!!

Jordan got home from Europe last night at 11pm. Went and got him McDonalds for breakfast. I am going to clean up the work bench today, and start sorting out parts. I will probably map out my fuel pump mounting today. How bout you?

Dr 650 is a good bike. Im sure youll like the dual sport. They arent super fast on the highway, but they are so fun in that you can go all over. When I used to commute my xt600 to and from the city from my farm, it worked awesome, highway I could keep up just fine, and often I would take sketchy back roads home, just for fun.
