Evening boys. That bumper will hold the magpies at bay...
Just got back from Regina. Picked up a 2001 F150 regular cab 2wd, 4.6L with a nice topper. Has a little rust, needs an o2 sensor and abs sensor, has 210k on it but runs real nice. Got 24.5 mpg coming home
Bit of action on the way home, coming down the Ft Quapelle hill (I was at the bottom about to goose it and head up) I see a truck and trailer swerve violently...I said to my daughter "****, this isn't going to be good". Sure enough, into the cabbage he goes, jackknifed the unit first, then the truck cartwheeled and rolled 3-4 times before coming to a mangled mess at the bottom of the ravine. I had 911 on the line before the truck was done moving. The amazing part was the driver was alone and walked away without a mark. The scary part was if I had been 8 seconds sooner, you all would be reading my eulogy tomorrow, along with my eldest daughter. It didn't hit me until she actually said "daddy if we were on the hill he would have hit us". I started to shake right then. She was right.
Take care out there boys.

Glad you didn't drive a teeny bit faster to be that extra few hundred feet down the highway....
Hug her extra tonight at bedtime.
