Got all our prep done yesterday but it wasn't much, today we're doing the big walls. Hardest part is thats it's a tan tint and we always need to take a second look to make sure the color is even, other than that its a breeze.

Hopefully it`s not hard to match the tint. I have quite a few left over partial pails of paint and of course they are all different shades of white, off white.

We had about a gallon and a half in the original pail and had the tint code so Sigurd picked up 2 more gallons. Hes using Behr 2050 white base so its consistant. The pita is how much it changes when its on the wall, for an hour or so it looks like you've really screwed up the wall then it turns normal and you can relax.

I wonder if that`ll work with different brands?

That could make your stomach do flips.
How are things in BC Ian, are you back to a normal schedule now?

Morons upstairs decided to start being dopers and dealers again, guess they figured my memory doesn't last more than 10 days. Sergey, James and myself are paying them a visit tomorrow to make sure they understand what "your evicted" means. Everything is on camera, these people are geniuses.

This landlord doesn't know how much support he has in getting rid of them, so when he shows up today I'll inform him of his options.

Hopefully he doesn`t have to go through all his options like I did, it took 2 months of lost rent plus over another month of costly renos.
Thankfully I have a normal renter now.

There'll be 35 - 40 hours plus paint, mud, sealer and what ever they break. The last people were a 2 hour check over and 45 minutes of that was being on line with FTE, virtually no damage or clean up, just had to dolley a tv to the donation bin on 17th.
This camera system, my involvement in founding and running the Forest Lawn Criminal Action Committee (11 members now), having both district 4 liasion officers contact #'s and Sigurd's nephew was a Sargeant for this district until 8 years ago and is now with the Tactical squad, helps somewhat. I just don't want to waste my shot at shutting down the junkie squad on these people yet, guess I have some more ground work to do.

Good luck Perry, I hope it goes your way. I know what a PIA dead beat renters can be.
