Morning boys. Yesterday was a nice one. Temp was ok, wind was a compliment to the heat.
Spent a few minutes poking around under the truck yesterday. Happily found that it has factory trailer wiring, just need to put the end on and put a brake controller in. That will be this weekends task if I can get everything. We have to go to Regina today so I plan on picking up a ball joint press from Princess Auto and taking care of the front end bit by bit also. With the shop rates nowadays, a person has to weigh the cost of buying tools and your own time, vs paying a shop. I'm at the point where its far better for me to buy a couple tools and do things myself.
Morris, you may find the Escape a bit small after being in the larger trucks for some time... Good luck though!
Have a great day guys!!

Happy Thursday mornin'all. I cut grass last night. With all this rain and heat, it sure is lush. Usually this time of the year it thins out. Sherm: I have an OTC ball joint press. I use it for a lot of things other than ball joints. U-joint's, Bushing's, and a variety of other chore's. It paid for itself fast(I did a lot of side work back in the day) Have a great day guy's.

Morning boys
Catching up. Been getting home at 9ish the last couple 3 nights. Busy is good!! My choice, idea is to get a jump on work to take a week off in middle of August while mumzies on holidays.
Sherm, that's a pretty clean looking unit there. Nice and easy to work on them older trucks.
Time to get my butt moving, having a hard time getting motivated today.
Have a great day FTE

Good morning folks.
Last yr I borrowed a ball joint press from Canadian Tire Sherm, Parts Source loans them as well.
I did find the Escape quite small after mostly driving an F150 or bigger but it should be easy getting used to the smaller fuel tank that goes further....I hope.
Yes Gerry, what else but yet another Ford!
