Morning Fellas... A heat warning out for today. I must say its the first time I've seen a heat warning. Its nice out right now, cool breeze and around 17c...perfect temp.

Roof is nearly done, just some ridgecap and caulk around the vents and stacks... The heat will ensure that the shingles tab together real nice!!

Happy Thursday mornin'all. Got my diff mounted yesterday, and it looks like my rear spring's are too long. I checked Posies website for measurements, and installation info. I'm waiting for a call back from them. I've painted the springs, so I don't think I can send them back. I'll probably have to move the rear shackle back 3'' and should be fine. Just another full day of modification. I quit drinking a couple of month's ago so I need to keep myself busy, but I could be busy working on another part of the truck. It rolls now so I still can move on to other projects. I'd rather finish what I started, then move on. What hobby hasn't got situation's? Have a great day guy's.

This heat is good weather for crops but not so much for me.

Just found out from Posies, my frame is a 54 not 56, so it looks like I have to relocate the rear shackle mount 4 inches. Wait till I see the PO. My good friend who also knows him told me that he probably knew that but didn't tell me. Can you say PISSED OFF? I hate removing frame rivet's.I'm taking the night off, and back at it tomorrow.

I don't suppose the holes are in the frame so it's ready to bolt in either?
I had to pick up another seat today when I found out that one of the drive motors was broken, all part of the fun and expense

Have to drill new holes, and a 1 in hole to access the shackle pin for future removal. What kind of seats do you have?

Raining Gerry? We have a heavy dew and some fog hanging around. Taking a little longer for the sun to come up, a promise of things to come. I'm not built for this +30 and more weather. I'll have a helping of cool temps any time...

Have a good Friday folks!!

I picked up some seats from a 2003 Chrysler LHS, fully powered with heat and memory. One motor was broken on the drivers seat that raises the rear. I picked up another seat from an Intrepid yesterday. I'll be stripping out most of the wiring I don't need regarding the memory but going to see if I can get the heat pads working.

Good evening everyone, I haven't been on much lately because I've been busy. I worked 14 hour days last Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Most of my regular day is gone as well, get home at 5:10pm then have a snack, exercise, make supper, take the dog for a walk, tidy the house, shower and its bed time, no time to do anything else lol. This weekend I plan on greasing the ball joints in my truck and doing a tire rotation, mowing mine and my neighbour's grass (attached yards, he's the neighbour I like), having supper with my family and then having some friend over for a GET LOUD PARTY because my neighbour that is attached to me is no longer living there or working for Manitoba Hydro . Sunday is clean up the house and start doing laundry day for our trip down south for two and half weeks . Super excited for that!! Oh and I stayed late at work today to work on my truck, the bottom bolt on my front shock was loose so I tightened it up with some Loctite and I also found out why I had to manually lock my hubs for my 4wd to work. My passenger side vacuum line was broke. Me being a genius and thinking the line was all one piece I just cut it and then realized I can pull it apart but it was too late and I cut it about an inch to short to be reusable lol. Two more days of work...
