I used to respect your contractor... One of the builders I do a lot of work for has 4 Ford trucks (personally). After a recent disagreement with the Ford dealer, he said he was heading to the GM dealer to see what they would do for him. I informed him he would have to get another contractor to do his work if he showed up in a bowtie or Giant Mass of Crap...

All in good fun...to each their own...

Gerry: Maybe it's a loner from a body shop. If not I'd check for sub-standard material's.

Just about completed my cab, took it off the rottesserie today and installed the doors so I can round the door corners and start the finishing touches of the body work. Still have work to do on the door bottoms as well but want to get the cab done and in primer before winter.

Spent my day cleaning up from the big wind that went through town last. Broke just about every poplar tree in town along with a few fir trees. The power was out all night thru to this afternoon. Fortunately there was very little damage to property other than a few shingles and some siding. My yard was fine but, the MIL's yard was a mess. Don't ever plant poplar trees in your yard. :-)

Some friends of ours stayed in Regina Friday night and also said the wind was horrible. It must have been the same one that nailed you guys Colin. Good luck with the clean-up.

Yes that was the same wind. It also hit White City and Balgonie and a few other smaller towns and farms in its path.

What was the speed? We had some wind come through accompanied by rain and a T-storm, woke me up, but not enough to do any damage. Was likely a spinoff of the same system...

Happy Sunday mornin'all. Sorry to hear about the Damage caused by the wind's Yesreday. We didn't see anything even close to that. About a month ago we had some fierce wind's that ripped shingle's off and damaged a lot off tree's. Hope to have the diff in my truck today, if I can get the front spring bushing's off. Soaked the s**t out of them last evening, and this am. I have to cut the old spring pad's off the new diff tack the new one's on and give it a coat of paint. Have great day guy's.
