Happy Friday everyone, hope the weekend holds lots of R&R for everyone.
Yesterday my wife sent me a pic of all our garage contents out in the driveway. She got sick of looking at the mess in there and took action. She's a great woman and an awesome wife. The mess in our garage has been making me sick for some time now, but with little time and no where to put stuff at the moment, we were kind of screwed. I need to get my HiQual building up yet which I plan to put a mezzanine in for more storage. I've been holding off erecting it until we had the old farm house torn down as it will block the access for the demo hoe...
Morning everyone, seems like everyone has been busy this past little while. I still got lots to do around the house. I need to start exercising again, I'm getting to lazy and don't have the energy I use to lol. Good luck to everyone and their projects

I've never been much of a runner, biking was always my passion. I wish I had a toonie for every mile I put on before having a family. I'm just getting into it again, doing 60k rides and working up from there. Its great exercise and easier on the joints than running. We have a gym in our basement that we use a lot, and I have a membership at a gym in town for when I have time there. The other thing I find helpful is to grab something bigger than I should every time I'm lifting...sounds dumb, perhaps it is scientifically, but it keeps me moving. I'd like to work into a competitive body shape sometime...but that's a lot of work and eating discipline lol...
Happy Saturday all. It rained overnight and into this morning. Believe it or not, my lawn and young tree's needed it. really humid out now. Randy you're far to young to be lazy. Sherm: Starting at 60K and going up from there, bike ride? Man, that's dedication. I guess hemorrhoid's are not an issue.g Enjoy the weekend guy's.
Morning. Finally taking a day off and going to take dogs to off leash park.
