Done - let me know if it came through. It should be a file just under 8.8 MB.

p.s. - I have been told it will NOT open up on a Blackberry. I also do not know how VISTA will do with the file, but it should have no problems.

Looks like the big file did not get through. You probably will need a yahoo or gmail mail account.

Bismic, thanks for all your contributions. Could you please e-mail me your spread sheets @ holdendaniels@verizon.net. My truck 6.0L is puking coolant and I keep the degas bottle below the min. line. The dealer quoted me $4000 to fix the EGR oil and coolant coolers. I would like to first diagnose the problem. Truck runs great besides that.

Thanks.

One way to check to see if you have an EGR cooler leak:

Pull the egr valve and jack the back of the truck up 2+ feet. Then pressurize the coolant system to see if any leaks are found in the intake. Look at the down pipe if you have a flange there maybe white crusties there. Pull the egr cooler, block off both ends and pressure test it. Make sure the degas bottle cap isnt bad or the degas bottle itself doesn't have any burrs on the sealing ring. You can road test it with the coolant pressure tester on it to see how many puonds of pressure the coolant system produces. Was the coolant at the min line?. You need to find the split in temps between coolant and oil to check for a restricted oil cooler.

You will see white smoke (coolant) out the tailpipe w/ an EGR cooler leak.
