steering column lower bearing

i noticed a noise in the steering column and after checking it i found the lower bearing has a rubber spacer on the outside,which is likely to be from 1972 so it needs to be replaced since it is deformed and came out.also the ring/nut that holds this bearing doesn't look ford factory.if anyone has been trough this parts or has the truck close to take a peek and compare this parts with my pictures i would greatly appreciatte it.thanks!
