driver side rear wheel not lined up right

ok guys i have post this before.my drivers rear tire and wheels doesnt sit lined up like it should if i measure the front bottom fender well to the tire treat its about nine inches on a measuring tape go over to the rear passenger side and measure and comes out to be 8 inches, ive measured the center of the leafs too the front of the leaf and both sides come out too be around 21 inches,i dropped the rear today and found that the pin that runs threw the leafs are not broken on either driver or passenger side ,i have replaces axles, drums, back plating even brakes still looks lope sided on the driver side it drives me crazy,,the frame doesnt seem to be warped only thing i know to do is try another rear end and see what happens

welll thats a thought.i have notice since yall mentioned it,that the bed front of the bed on the driver side has a slight wider gap between it and the cab,is it possible the bed has been removed and not bolted on evenly is this possible,my parts truck is a short bed truck also i could lift mine off and set it on one day and seee what happens

I didn't see where you had changed the shocks. Maybe one of your shocks in a bad enough shape to cause the difference in measurement

Measure your bed diagonally, front left to right rear and right front to leaft rear, measure from outside corner on the stake pocket or just the same place on both sides, this will tell you if it is square or not, it probably is but running out of things to check. they should measure exactly the same.. maybe one wheelwell is in the wrong place too,

It's possible the truck bed has been put on uneven, or that the box isn't "square".

Especially since you mention a simular gap between the bed and cab.

wdfp... i just measured the bed corners,i measured from drivers frontstake hole too back passenger side and that came out to be 98 1/2 inches

the passenger front to driver rear was 98 inches a 1/2 inch difference do u think this could be my problem

as i was sitting on the grond looking i notice another way to describe this to ya the wheel-tire ,imagine how ur front driver wheels looks as if u was turning left slight thats kinda how the rear looks,if u were to first look u would say its a warped rim but ive even rotated wheels-tires same thing

i just did some frame measuring, i took a tape and measured the frame in front of the tire and and back side as well and from the frame to the center of the tire
front-15 1/2 inches
rear14 1/2
passenger side i did the same thing
front and back of tire and frame was 14 1/2 inches
as u can see the front side of my tire is turning out slightly
i havnet ried the shock replacement yet but do u guys really think a bad shock would make it look this way????

Do the tires wear even if so it is probably just a body alignment thing. I would think if the rear tires wear evenly there is no issues with the axle being out of wack changing shocks is still probably a good idea but as I stated if the tires wear the same look to the body. Also does it seem to drag or pull any? If so then I could be wrong and some thing in the alignment of the wheels could be off. Also bad rear bearings can cause uneven tire wear.

when i get time im gonna remove the bed and do some more ispections and measuringments then il set the bed off my parts truck onto my 74 and see if that makes a difference if that doesnt work ill remove the whole rear and leafs from my parts truck and install and see what that does after all that and no change i guess ill pull alll my hair out, cause when u set back and star eat the truck from the passenger side u looks really good and moving over too the driver sidelook awful,i plan on making this a show truck plus weekend cruiser but if i cant figure this out i will be selling it i dont really wanna do that
