As to tire wear I wiould have to guess around a hundred miles you would see it but that can also depend on how bad out of wack some thing is could take less could take more.

that could be man try to measure between the rims not the tires pick a spot on the rims and measure from left to right and then repeat on the back side make sure your using the same spot for front measurement and rear measurement so you don't get thrown off by the rims. You may employ the help of a four wheel alignment shop with a lazer set up so they can measure it.

I second the Four Wheel Alighnment.

Does the truck seem to go sideways down the road? Have a friend drive behind your truck on a straight stretch of road and look etc..
