Broken rear glass

Has anybody had their rear glass changed out? Moved the truck today, and apparently somebody tossed up a rock when mowing or some kid with a BB gun managed to shatter the driver's side of the rear glass, and of course I didn't see it when I got into the truck, and blew it out when I shut the door. I assume it's possible to change just a single section of the rear sliding glass(unless it's only sold as a complete assembly)-anybody had this done? If so,any ideas on approximate cost? I'm debating on just having it done to keep the insurance vampires out of the mix.

Ford's list is $255.00 for the complete rear assembly with manual sliding glass. I've been quoted from as little as $349 to as high as $825 for replacement. Found a local shop that's gonna install OEM Carlite glass, and I'm only out my $100 deductible.
