With or without rocker panels

So me and the wife are having an arguement. I just pulled the stupid (IMA) stainless steel rocker panel gaurds off my truck because they were starting to collect moisture and dirt behind them. So which look do you guys prefer. I personally like it without.
I can't seem to post the pic's.
