Those Dynomax headers, 85054, are listed, again, for automatics only!
They are listed for standard trans as well- type in the part # in the search box, go to the applications, scroll down FIFTEEN applications and see what that says!
The dynomax units will fit, and they list them as fitting 80-95 with all transmissions in their catalog. Summit's site appears to be incorrect in this case. I have personally seen them used on 2 seperate trucks.
You will need to put a heat shield on the clutch line or re-route it, but, they will work.

Uh- Summit lists them as FOR STANDARD TRANSMISSIONS- the 15th application table down from the top. What pray tell is wrong about that? (See my previous post.)
Thanks for the info on the Dynomax! Here's a shot of how much space is actually available in my 86 2WD with the slave there, and a shot of the engine that's going into it. The longtube headers I have on the mustang, BBK 1516's, look like they may clear the truck frame. They're 1-5/8" and tuck in near the block, shoot under the T5's cable linkage, and out under. What do you guys think?
are Hedman 89350's the ones you said will work on a 4x4 manual 302 F150?
I was looking for a 2wd application and the Dynomax 85054 are listed for that at Summit. I just checked and they list them for a 4x4 manual 302 F150 as well. Summit says NO on the Hedman 89350's. I said Jegs made no mention of transmission on their listing of the Hedman's.
