check

I have a 98' EB 4X4 with 5.4L engine with 60K miles. I never had a problem with the air suspension until I loaded 35 bags of 40lb dirt for a landscaping project. The truck handled the load just fine. A few days later my wife said the check suspension light was on and the rear end and front seemed deflated from its normal look. I checked the swith on the passenger side and tried disconneting the battery to reset to no avail. The compressor does not turn on. Based on my reading on the site, my guess is the height adjuster may have been thrown out of whack. How many fuses are their to check and where are their locations? Any other ideas before I take it in?

1400 pounds is quite a load to throw on the air suspension. I'd say you popped a line or lift bag. In the future if you ever need to carry such a heavy load turn off the air suspension switch.
