'05 F250 SD XL rear door panel removal?

Before I break something, how do you remove the rear door interior panels? I want to mount some speakers.

Thanks,

aldridgec is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
IIRC, you have to remove the upper trim piece around the window. THen the lower will lift straight up and off the hooks.

You also have to remove the screws that hold the window latch (not the hinge) to the door before you can take the upper panel off.

If you do a search I'm pretty sure there is a thread with instructions and pictures on how to do this.
