P to R and P to D delay

Ive been noticing a longer and longer delay when going from P to R or P to D to D to R. I am guessing it is a sticking valve or spring in the valve body. (Teanny flush 4-5 months ago) Also the other day I was in 4x4 for a while and the tranny got hotter than normal (little over 180) and it didnt want to go into reverse all the way.

I have been looking at the Racer X Valve body and was wondering if this will help my problem. Also wondering if anyone has one and their comments about it. I also see on there a regulator valve kit for 1-2 and 2-3 shift as well as one for 3-4 shift and wanted to know what they did.
Thanks
John

Mmmmm man that sounds familiar to me .... mine did the same thing right before it crapped on me. Would take a while to go into R but not as long into D. Did that for a couple weeks and then finally would barely move. Good luck man ... might be ....

STOP ..... TRANNY TIME ...

man that was bad but couldn't resist.... hehe
