ABS Kicking IN at Low Speeds

I have a 97 E150 Clubwagon. The ABS System kicks in randomnly at low speeds of 1-5mph per hr. It happend while parking and the other day while stck in traffic. I replaed the ABS Computer a month or so ago to fix a complete ABS System meltdown while coming off the highway at 65mph. That was an expereince. But the low speed issue continues. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.

Check the computer codes in the ABS module. You may have a speed sensor problem.
